Pre-register for GEAR Con 2013, July 5-7 at DoubleTree Hotel Portland, for only $45!

Order multiple passes in one purchase with the shopping cart’s “quantity” function; please annotate the purchase or send a follow-up email to pass along the name & email address of  each additional member of your party. If you receive a transaction confirmation, your registration has been successfully processed and you may collect your pass(es) from will call by showing ID or providing your transaction number at the convention’s reg desk.

The schedule of GEAR Con 2013 rate increases is as follows:

• $55/weekend pass onsite at the convention (Friday and Saturday only)

Day pass wristbands will be available onsite for same-day purchase only:

• $25 for Friday, July 5th
• $30 for Saturday, July 6th
• $25 for Sunday, July 7th

Wristband prices drop to $15 all nights after 7pm to provide affordable drop-in admission to evening entertainments. A weekend pass grants access to all GEAR Con 2012 functions. Some panels or workshops may require a nominal fee to compensate the presenter for the cost of materials.

Minors may attend GEAR Con in the company of a parent, guardian, or designated temporary guardian; ages 6 & under attend free, 7-12 are half-price.  GEAR Con attendees agree to abide by our policies and code of conduct.
